1. Eligibility

• Promotions are available to retail customers for personal use only, unless otherwise specified.
• Eligibility may be limited by region, currency, age, or verified status (e.g., student verification).
• We may require identity or eligibility verification prior to applying a Promotion.
• Promotions are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be sold or exchanged.

2. Promotion Period

• Each Promotion runs for the time period stated on the campaign page or creative materials.
• Once a Promotion ends, no retrospective discounts or benefits will be applied.

3. Discount Application & Stacking

• Discounts may be automatically applied at checkout or require a valid code entered in the promo field.
• Unless expressly stated, only one discount or code can be applied per order.
• Discounts apply to the product subtotal and exclude shipping, taxes, duties, and protection services unless specified.
• Where a Promotion sets a minimum spend, it is calculated on the subtotal after other discounts and before shipping and taxes.
• Some Promotions may include a maximum discount cap per order; if applicable, this will be displayed on the campaign page.

4. Exclusions

• Unless explicitly included, Promotions exclude gift cards, final sale items, limited editions, and third-party services.
• Bundles or already discounted items may be excluded from further reductions.
• Promotions are not valid on previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

5. Offer Types & Special Rules

5.1 Buy X, Get Y (BXGY)

• Eligible items must be in a single cart. The lowest-priced eligible item is discounted unless otherwise stated.
• If qualifying items are returned, the discount on the free/discounted item may be forfeited or adjusted.

5.2 Gift With Purchase (GWP)

• Free gifts are limited to one per order unless specified and are subject to availability.
• Returns must include any gifted items in unused condition; otherwise, the gift’s retail value may be deducted from the refund.

5.3 Bundles

• Bundle pricing applies only when all bundle items are purchased together in the same order.
• Partial returns from a bundle may void the bundle price and trigger recalculation at standard prices.

5.4 Free Shipping Thresholds

• Thresholds apply to the post-discount product subtotal and exclude taxes/duties unless otherwise stated.
• Upgrades (express, insured) may be excluded unless the Promotion explicitly includes them.

5.5 Student Discounts (StudentBeans / UNiDAYS)

• Student offers require successful verification via StudentBeans or UNiDAYS and may require periodic re-verification.
• Student discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, bundles, or codes unless expressly stated.
• Misuse (including sharing codes) may result in cancellation of the order and account restrictions.

5.6 Pre-orders & Final Sale

• Pre-order items may be excluded from Promotions or subject to different lead times.
• Final sale or “non-returnable” items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.

6. Returns & Exchanges for Promotional Orders

• Refunds are processed based on the amount actually paid after discounts.
• Where an order includes GWP/BXGY, all promotional items must be returned unused; otherwise, their value may be deducted.
• Our standard Returns Policy applies unless the Promotion specifies different terms.

Tip: Keep tags and packaging until you’re sure you’re keeping the item to avoid adjustments.

7. Price Adjustments

• We generally do not offer price adjustments on past orders if a Promotion begins after purchase.
• If a specific campaign includes a limited price-adjustment window, the terms and timeframes will be stated on that campaign page.

8. Misuse, Fraud & Errors

• We may cancel any order or Promotion affected by tampering, abuse, bulk buying/resale activity, or technical errors.
• In the event of pricing or configuration errors, we reserve the right to void the Promotion and issue a refund where applicable.

9. Modification & Termination

• We may amend, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time, including updating these Terms, without prior notice where permitted by law.
• Changes take effect upon posting to this page and apply to orders placed thereafter.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from or in connection with any Promotion is limited to the value of the promotional discount applied to your order.
• We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, connectivity issues, or service interruptions that affect Promotion availability.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g., England & Wales / State of California, USA]. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect (severability). Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
